Innovating Sustainable Packaging Solutions in the UK
TIPCI Group has designed and built a machine at their UK headquarters in Portsmouth, that processes waste wood into heat-treated pallet blocks. It makes TIPCI the first company in the UK to produce heat treated pallet blocks in this way. Prior to inventing our own method, we were relying on a European-based company for the pallet blocks, which they were producing from cutting down trees. Now, from TIPCI, your pallet can be fully recycled, from start to finish, heat-treated and long-lasting while preventing waste wood from going to landfill.

Three Years in the Making
It’s been a long journey and we’ve invested a lot of time and money into our project. However, we finally launched the manufacturing in 2021 and we are now able to provide other pallet companies with our heat treated pallet blocks
The First Zero Waste Pallet Company in the UK
Unfortunately, millions of tonnes of waste wood goes to landfill every year. It’s unnecessary. With pallet demand increasing world-wide, we are doing our part to put an end to wasting wood.
Many pallet companies don’t have an option but to send unrepairable pallets to landfill.
We’re delighted to offer a complete end-to-end solution for our customers; the pallets in circulation come back to us and, no matter of their state of repair, they are reused and recycled and recirculated back into the pallet eco system.
The pallet crushing machine is a significant step forward in our quest to become the first Zero Waste pallet company in the UK.
